Confirmation mail not received but have paid upfront amount

I’ve just made an order, paid an upfront fee, went through the credit check and confirmed but I haven’t received any confirmation at all. I’ve checked my junk mail also. Payment has left my account. Any ideas on what to do?. Thanks I paid the amount of 30£ upfront for iPhone 16 yesterday at night round about 8 o clock. So I will have to wait yet or do something to find my order status or anything?

In which case there may be an issue with your order. 

You'll need to call Customer Service so a guide can check the status of your order. 

Just so you know, the upfront payment you made at the time of your order was only a pre-authorisation for the payment, which is held as "pending" with your bank. We only take the payment when your order is actually processed and ready for dispatch. 
If your order is not completed we will not take the payment from your bank and they will release it back to you.

You'll need to wait for your order to be processed. You can call EE CS on 150 for more information.

I would suggest downloading the DPD app as well.

How long could it take to be processed and receiving a confirmation mail?

Although you have not received the order confirmation email, did you receive the initial "order received" email?

No, I didn't receive any mail regarding my order That's why I am concerned. I paid tomorrow but neither I received any confirmation mail or order received mail?

What should I do now? Wait or something to do.

But How will I tell them to check the order of my status because I have no reference number or anything like that Will I need to mention them my name and order information or anything like that

Please guide me thoroughly.
