I’ve just placed my anytime upgrade online at a fee of £200 -
got email confirmation of order and tracking doesn’t work.
after doing some reading it appears orders are not being shipped for up to 28 days (during order it said 3-5 by courier)
I wanna cancel that order now. Cause I’m not laying out £200 for an interest free loan to EE id rather wait and pay it and get the phone straight away.
I’ve tried the chat function. And it’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever used in my life.
I cannot ring 150, as I’m stuck at work where I am not allowed to have my phone in my possession during my shift.
i placed the order on my break and cannot waste anymore time hanging on via 150 (if you’ve rang 150 before you’ll know it’s an absolute mare of a service to deal with!)
anyone got a sensible solution?
