Dear EE Customer Service,
I am currently abroad and would like to cancel two mobile accounts registered under my name:
As international calls are expensive, I would appreciate it if you could provide an alternative way to contact customer service — for example, via email or online chat — to complete the cancellation process.
Thank you for your assistance.

@Mabdulreheim : URGENT: Remove your mobile nos. from this public site. You wanna be scammed?
If you are wanting to cease your mobile contract completely you need to phone EE giving 30 days notice of cancellation of your contract. Otherwise if you intend to move to another network, either taking your existing no. with you or not, get your PAC or STAC respectively from EE & give it to your new provider. If you are still within your min term you will be liable to pay Early Termination Fees for the rest of the term. It will basically be months left x monthly charge - 4%.
This is not EE CS but a user discussion forum where peer users try to help each other.
EE provide no email contact. As long as you are on a mobile contract, Live Chat will be found under the Help section of the MyEE app.

EE is a UK operator and thus their contact methods have always been UK-based. Email has never been offered as a contact medium - you only need glance through a few threads on this forum for the back & forth it can generate.
If you're abroad for a short time, then you can weigh up the cost of calling internationally versus waiting to deal with the cancellation when you return. Any pay-monthly account holder planning to emigrate abroad needs to include cancellation of telecoms contracts alongside every other UK-based company with whom they have regular dealings.
