Order confusion

Hello, as above I ordered an iPhone 17 pro silver 256gb last Wednesday (1st) and it said dispatched within 7 days. Paid the upfront fee which was pending until Thursday evening then taken out and paid. 

on Friday the order tracking went from order confirmed to order dispatched but no date latest and no further communication with tracking dpd. 

could you look int this for me. I’ve tried online chat and phone calls and can’t get anywhere with customer service.

Welcome to the community,

If you take a look, above where it says dispatched there is a X in the bubble there, which means it has not been dispatched yet, there are also others, who ordered before you and are waiting for their device, deliveries are done on a first come first serve basis, so you will have to wait until one is available for you, this is down to Apple not delivering enough of them and the  Phones being very popular.

Make sure that you have the DPD app with the same information as EE have, you will receive notification up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window and a PIN number you need to show the driver before you can receive your device.
