After finding out I was lied to to by EE about how long the delivery of my earphone order would take to be delivered, I put in a cancel request through the order tracking page. It said they were working on my cancellation request for a few days but when I checked later it switched to Preparing for dispatch. Why wasnt my cancellation request fulfilled?
