Hello,
I placed an order for Airpods Pro 3 and then I received an email saying that the order is cancelled. I can't place the order again either online or store because it says 'A customer can only buy this item once and you've already bought it.' The customer service can't find the cancelled order. How can i remove the cancelled order from my account?
