I ordered iphone 17 a few days ago and i was not able to track my order in ee website to cancel it. I used the Sender`s Reference on DPD but there's problem as below screenshot. I tried to call customer service at least 10 times but nobody has picked up the phone. The service is so horrible! How can I cancel my order?

You need to ring customer service to cancel your order, that is the only way you can do it. Did you press option 2 when ringing customer service, as this will put you through to one of the guides? They are busy with other customers, so that would be why, you can always put your phone on speaker until someone answers the phone and still do other things in the meantime, not sure why customers do not do this, to be honest.
