Hi all,

I ordered a 4GEE router and received it yesterday but there was no SIM card, does anyone know if this is supposed to be received with it or does it come separately via Royal Mail?

Hello @Jendicottx. 

You should have received the SIM when you received your router. 

Do you have a EE Store near?
