Reverting an mobile line upgrade within cooling off period

rscochrane1

Less than 2 weeks @go, I was pressurized into changing my old 4GEE mobile account (no phone involved) into a shiny new 5G agreement. I was on a sweet deal but the lure of 5G was too much! I had Roaming as a legacy right and that was lost, EE have since added it back in but I’m now paying more than I was for not a lot more benefit (capped at 10MB speed on 5G).

Can I revert back to my old contract (EE says no but I thought I had a statutory right to cancel during the cooling off period). Any advice appreciated.

If you give us a call on 150, the team will go through your available options with you.

Thanks 🙂

Leanne.

Hi Leanne,

I reached out to 150 yesterday evening, I was promised a call back within 24 hours, sadly nothing received thus far. Is there an actual Customer Service phone number or helpline that I can call?

thanks

Ray
