Hi
I'm travelling to the USA and want to set up my roaming further pass. I'm unable to add this when I text ROAMING PASS to 150 nor can I add it to my account via the EE app or website on the add ons & extras page. I also have roaming set up on my phone.
Can someone help?!

What happens when you try to add it by text or through the EE Online account, @hfoulkes? Do you get any error messages?

Make sure you also setup the free roaming facility before travelling, by texting ROAMING to 150. This allows access to foreign networks, and without doing so - your phone won't get coverage abroad.
It is not added automatically.

This is what I get when I text 150 and it just goes round in that loop. When I try and add it as and extra add on online, roaming isn’t an option for me.

OK, thanks @hfoulkes
I'm not sure why it isn't there for you through those channels. I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can check everything on our side for you.

I observe that the text talks about the old Roam Further Pass at old £10 + annual increase price, not the current Roam Abroad Pass at £25 pm. What was the text you sent to get that 1st response?
