cant watch discovery plus but account is activated

as in title. I get confirmation account is activated but click on video or channel and it says to contact provider.

Similar too above. Discovery+ wants a new subscription started, even though it’s paid for through EE. End up paying for basic twice even though not interested in discovery just TNT sports. Pre EE was a BT customer and the last time used BT sport none of this discovery synchronisation rubbish.

You certainly shouldn't need to pay twice for this, how is it that Discovery+ and TNT are linked to your account? 
Are you paying for this through a mobile account, as part of broadband/TV package, or do you have it as an inclusive extra on your mobile plan?

Hi I also have a similar problem.

my discovery plus was removed by EE and they later sent me a message saying this was in accident and they would send me a link to activate it again. I click on the link and verify my number but it says the plan is already linked. In my EE app it also says how discovery plus is active on inclusive extras. However when I go to watch discovery plus it lets me sign in and go to watch but it says ‘view passes’ every time I click on what I would like to watch. How do I solve this?

Welcome to the EE Community

Is the link you have been sent for the ee.co.uk/tntsports page where you enter your number and confirm a PIN? After confirming the PIN does it show TNT Sports with an Activate button? 

At what point is it showing that the plan is already linked? Do you have any other e-mail addresses you may have used during the previous setup?
