Upgrade with EE Perk

Trying to upgrade my current plan that runs out in May as I can upgrade any time. Trying to purchase iPhone 16 pro max upgrade but when I had my EE perk code it saying codes not applicable anyone know why

What plan is it that you are trying to purchase? The codes are only applicable on certain plans that have not already been discounted.

Is it a Flex Pay plan (Device and airtime) or a standard 24 Month plan with one combined cost?

What is the price? (If it is a Flex Pay plan, give the airtime cost and device cost separately)
