Hi I'm not able to access my Perks account. I'm requesting a email link but it is not coming through to my email address. I've tried this over a number of days.

Is it your work email address that you are waiting for the email to? Some employers (often the NHS) have content filters on the inboxes to stop external emails getting through. 

In this case you register with your personal email and use your ID Card instead of inputting anything in the company email when registering.
