cant watch discovery plus but account is activated

as in title. I get confirmation account is activated but click on video or channel and it says to contact provider.

Is this a new subscription or did you previously have BT Sport with EE?

Hi,

I am having a similar issue, I have TNT Sports as an inclusive extra and have activated my account for Discovery+. When activating, I followed all the advised steps and signed in to Discovery+ on a previously created account using the same email address but it still says no subscriptions active and when trying to watch sports says ‘View passes’.

I have had BT Sports as my inclusive add on for a number of years

Yes have had it as my inclusive extra since April 2023. Still working fine on the BT Sport app

Have you activated your subscription at Activate discovery+ (bt.com)?

Yes I’ve activated it. Never prompted me to create a new Discovery+ account so I just signed in on a pre-existing one (uses the same email address as my BT account). Doesn’t appear to have linked in any way as not showing any subscriptions and just says ‘view passes’ if I try and watch anything.
