I’ve purchased a £10 saver plan on EE after getting my new EE SIM card in a supermarket on April 24.
My card’s billing details showed I’ve paid for it but the plan is no where activated. Have also got an email confirming the plan.
Texted 150 and it says I’ve got zero credit in the account. Also tried restart my phone still no nothing. Tried to call to look for help but all the lines are “currently not functioning” . This is so bad what should I do 😞
