Does it get removed immediately when cancelled? Or 30 days later?I only need it for a week? So want to plan when to cancel it so it stops at the earliest opportunity and minimise the charge.

Hi I upgraded 2 handsets on my account on the 27th Feb. Both handsets I upgraded to on my account were the s23. One pair of the free buds arrived last week but there's still no sign of the second pair for the other handset  how do I chase this up?

NHS Email change / Access Perks

I’ve changed NHS Trusts so now have a different NHS email address and can’t log in. I’ve bought a new contract with EE  and can’t get my perk code/apply my perk discount. How can I correct this? Can EE amend my email? Please help!
