Beats headphones developed fault

I purchased some beats headphones as an add on to my contract in May 2023 they worked great at first but the past 2 times I’ve used the noise cancelling doesn’t seem to be working despite been turned on. Where do I take to get exchanged? Do I take them into a store or do I send back as I got them online. Thanks
