EE Perk Details Invalid & No Password Reset Email

Hi,

 

I have tried to log into the EE Perk website but it says my details are invalid. When I complete the Forgotten Login Details section, it says that a password email has been sent. It hasn’t been received in my inbox or junk. I have tried to register again but it reported that ‘The details provided are already registered for EE Perks.’

May I have some help resetting my password to access my account, please?

Are you using the email address you originally used to register for EE Perk?

This would usually be your work email.

Yes I think so - it's just the email doesn't seem to come through to me...

Have you tried any other email addresses you use now or in the past?

Yep I tried an old email as well, but it said invalid, so not quite sure
what's going on?!
