Resolved! Claiming free esr buds after s23 upgrade

There are lots of conflicting posts, some say I need to claim via Samsung but some say they will be automatically sent out.   Any actually know how to claim? I can't see anything on my paperwork.  TIA

I’m trying to log into my ee perks account and I can’t remember my password, however the email linked with this account is no longer accessible so I cannot do a reset password link? Any advice?
