apple music for android not working on Oppo

I upgraded my phone 2 months ago and included apple music for android, i have never been able to use the apple music, when i click on the app it comes up "joined through EE2 which i click on, it then says no subscription EVEN THOUGH THERE IS COS I PAY FOR IT. i have spent 2 hours onto EE technical who said everything was great their end the problem must be Apple, i spent an hour on to Apple technical who said nope its EE who has the problem. I then went into a shop who couldnt help me and put me onto technical, this lady said she didnt think it had been authorised and didnt know how to authorise is on an OPPO phone and could i wait an indefinite amount of time on the phone while she tried to put me on to somebody else but this could be upto 45mions wait time or longer NOOOOO i have been sold this and all i want is somebody who knows what they are doing to get the blooming thing working.  I am at my wits end and paying for somthing that i cant use

Do you have Apple Music showing in your My EE app within add-ons? 

Did you get a text from us to follow the set up instructions and activate Apple Music?

Hi I don't believe I have ever received that text. I have gone back through all text on this phone and none there

"hi paul looks like you already have apple music as one of your inclusive extra"

I will but i have spent hours already on to technical between ee and apple
and nobody seems to be very technical or able to help
