How long ago did you request Apple Music? 

Is this an inclusive extra as part of your plan?

I’ve been a customer with EE since 26th July & yes it’s part of my package.  It’s shown up on my recent bill as a monthly charge. But I am unable to find a text from you to activate it.  Please can you advise?
