Transfer to EE from Plusnet - order cancelled in error

24th April was my latest activation date. I rang the help desk on the day before because I was notified that my order had been cancelled.

The agent I spoke to told me a new order was placed, and when I checked the order tracker it appeared to be correct, however, on the activation date I received a text and an email requesting the return of my equipment, which was delivered to me in advance of the original activation date, 7th April.

The order tracker shows my order as complete, with a potential charge of £85 if the equipment is not returned on time.

Perhaps a member of staff would care to explain? In any case, this does not bode well for the future.
