Need To Cancel Account

I took on 3 SIMS via plusnet back in 2024. The plan was to replace existing sims I had with an other provider.

However EE proved to be unable to port the numbers and I've ended up pretty much unable to use the sims (stuck one in ipad and gave one to my step son). I'm unable to manage the account as non of the SIMS are linked to me and as I don't use them I can't call or receive texts. This has been a costly mistake but they are out of contract in September and I want to ensure I get them cancelled. Can anyone advise how I can speak to EE without using an EE sim and/or how I can get these expensive but useless SIMs cancelled.

As the SIMs are with PN, you should be speaking to PN. How is EE involved with PN & "an other provider"'s (presumed not EE) SIMs?

I read the first post as being "I moved from PlusNet to EE", but on a second re-read, "I took on 3 SIMs via PlusNet" could mean "I've bought PlusNet SIMs thinking they're EE ones on the cheap.

The answer is, of course, if these SIMs are EE-branded then EE is your point of contact and the answer is in my post from 10.02am today. If these SIMs are PlusNet ones, then EE have nothing to do with them from a service perspective and the post from 5.05pm today is spot-on.

L1882 will need to confirm, if they return to this thread.
