E mail from Credit Resources Solutions

I have rec'd an e mail from the above today for a debt of £30. This is news to me, I ended my contract with EE in 2023 and everything was paid up - as far as I know. Why would EE not invoice me directly ? Is this is a scam ?

Suspended account

I have received a notice that my account is suspended and my bill needs paying on my app. I’ve gone to pay but it’s then saying I’m all paid up, but my phones definitely disconnected as I can’t call anyone.
