I have signed on to my account which covers a mobile subscription and a broadband one. Last year it took months (years?) for the two to be linked - I was far from alone in this. Now, when I sign in I get rubbish on-screen, then when I reach thebroadband arae I cannot see my present bill. This EE system is rubbish!

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble viewing your broadband bill.
If the page isn't loading or isn't displaying correctly, it's worth trying to access it on a different browser or device to see if it loads any differently.

Thanks for your response. I can get all the details of my bills when I sign in on my mobile. But if I sign in to the site via my laptop I cannot get to the page which ought to show my bill. I used to be able to bring up the payments page on the laptop, but everything just hung when I was attempting to manage my payments on the site. The layout and links on the site are not effective - I can see lots of adverts for EE offers, but can't find a working link which gets me to the page to see (and to manage) my bills. Away back in the past I could find this page, but not now.

As the bills load normally on your mobile but not on your laptop, and you're not able to bring up the payments page, I'd recommend getting in touch with our customer support team. They’ll be able to check everything for you and help get this sorted.
