EE Device Care Extra

Hi I’m currently on a iPhone full works plan which came with EE’s Device Care Extra for my IPhone.  I have today upgraded my phone whilst remaining on the same plan I know the Decixe Xare Extra no longer covers my previous iPhone but does it move now cover my new phone.  EE guides believe it does but cannot fully confirm and they were struggling to see how they added for the new phone. Grateful if anybody can please help with this.

You say "upgraded" your phone, but was this through EE or just purchasing a new device and remaining on your same device plan?

EE's Device Care policy will only cover the device provided with that plan from EE for the duration of the contract. It cannot be transferred to another device.

If you upgraded via EE and the Upgrade Now route and chose a new device and plan (even if this was another iPhone Full Works plan) this would come with it's own Device Care policy.
