I was just wondering when people have received the free galaxy buds when buying an s23. Got my new phone but no mention of the buds that were in the deal when I upgraded

On the page from which you ordered it it would have said under Features:

You don't have to do anything to claim your Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro, it will be delivered to your account address within 15-30 days of your purchase, excluding weekends.
