Hi, my EE perk account has been deactivated. I have tried resetting the password and still does not work. Help?

Hi, also having the same issue - I’ve used it several times in the past but cannot login now. Password reset email never gets sent to either personal or work email (I’ve checked junk folders for both). Really frustrating  Joe
