Need some help please.
My wife and I have separate plans under my login. She has always had her NHS discount on her side of the bill.
Upgrading her plan to a new SIM only deal, and when I enter the voucher, I get the message "Code Not Recognised".
I've tried messaging EE on the app, which normally takes 4 to 5 hours for them to respond, by which time I've either been driving home or gone to bed.
Hope someone might have a smart idea please.

This does seem odd @DaLumberjack.
I'd recommend giving our team a call, and they will be able to take a look, and see what they can do to get this applied.

We certainly don't want your wife to miss out on her discount, so I'd love to take a look into this. Did she get the code from the Perk Portal?

After several more hours waiting, I managed to connect with someone on the messaging service who helped out.
He gave us a heavily discounted package, which wasn't applicable to have the NHS discount on.
In the end, I got what I needed, but still no idea how to make the NHS code work, just circumnavigated the need for it.
