The ee app and ee online won’t allow me to add the roam abroad pass, keeps saying there’s technical difficulties, has anyone else has this issue?

@Donna994 : Are you on contract or PAYG?

Have you tried just texting ROAMING PASS to 150?

Yes, the add-on page has been broken for many people for months now. It has been widely reported on here and apparently escalated to EE Support, yet remains broken. Here is my report from earlier in the year, and there have been many more.

The text system does not work either, if you text one of the ROAM messages, it responds with the list of text commands. Your only option is to call 150 and have the person add it manually.

There's clearly a system issue with certain accounts, and seems like nobody at EE cares enough to fix it.

@ItsNotRealNeil : Are you on contract or PAYG? If on PAYG, the various ROAM commands are not valid; they are for contract users.

I'm on PAYG - if they are not valid for PAYG why are they in the text message I receive when arriving in another country? That seems very odd.

I don't see ROAM referenced individually anywhere in your screenshot.

You said "ROAM" alone. I was referring to the ROAM commands that go along with the Roam Abroad Pass, the subject of this thread you latched onto & which is only available to contract users. You have now reverted to talking about the composite PAYG "ROAMEUnD" commands.

You have just produced a perfect illustration of the dangers of jumping on a thread whose subject matter has nowt to do with you & your issues, resulting the unclarity, contradictions & crosstalk we have just had to suffer : ( .
