Google one inclusive extra not working

Hi I've recently upgraded and selected Google one 2tb as my inclusive extra. On my plan it shows as active however when I log into Google one it doesn't show the 2tb amount. I followed the instructions via text and got an activation code but not had anything since. I keep getting notifications that I'm running out of storage so want to move photos etc to Google one but my current plan is only 15mg and that's at capacity. I've read that EE needs permission to control the Google account but can't find where that is to change the permissions. 

I thought of removing it and adding it back on. But if I do that does that mean I have to wait until next month to add it back on?

Any suggestions would be most welcome as I feel like I'm getting nowhere and not actually getting the benefit I signed up for.

I am sorry you are not seeing the Google One 2TB cloud storage after activating the Inclusive Extra. 

Did you already have a Google One subscription? 

How long ago did you activate the Inclusive Extra?

Hi yes I think I did have it a few years ago and now with you saying that I realised I had to set up another account to match my ee details to make it more obvious. I've now added that account to my list and can now see the extra storage.

Hi there, I'm having a similar issue with my Google one account. You mention that you set up another account to match the EE one, is that because your EE account had a different email than Gmail?

Having the same issue I've cancelled my existing Google one but can't set up the new one!

I'm having the same problem as above where the google 1 add in isn't working

I've called and no kne seems to have an answer

I've checked my account amd all on the same with ee as isnwith google and ee have access to change my subscription etc butnots been 4 days and still nothing.

I cancelled my 100gb plan because of this add on so I'm unsure what to do, does anyone have any fix for this?

Could you please let me know a bit more about what is happening when you try to activate this? 

At what stage are you encountering issues, and do you see any particular messages or error codes?

Hi Peter

I have carried outbthe steps following the guide via ee. Got the text to activate and followed the link, got the 1 time pin and got to the part where it asks you to give ee permission to access your goigle account and shows the list of avaliable accounts you have avaliable. I only have one account on the phone and have only ever used this one account, it's a normal account amd isn't part of a workspace or anything like that and up until I opted into the promotion I had been paying for the extra 100gb of data from Google, but as I gave the account access it then proceeds to load up googles help centre website, and that's all that happens

 

Has anyone managed to get this working yet? I want to use my Google account that I've always used, and it's the same one as ee have registered also
