Issue with EE perks

Hi so I've tried to setup an account to get my NHS discount off a new plan so I go to verify the email I got on my NHS email but it takes me to a login page when I go to login it's telling me the account does not exist I feel I may have to a typo in when spelling my email or maybe with the password as when I go to click reset password and pop that email in I don't get an email. I'm assuming I used a typo when typing out my email address to create the account is their anything I can do so I can get my discount?
