I'm just trying to sign up for the free 6 months, but the iOS app says it will renew on 4th Jan (i.e today), and that it's £8.99 "starting today".
So I'm not sure whether to click subscribe, and it'll automatically apply the free months afterwards? I don't want to click subscribe unless I'm sure.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Hi @nothingmatters,
Do you see an edit option in the drop down menu at the top right of your post?

No - the only post I can see that I can edit is the one I made just now. I would guess there's a time limit.

I've sent you a PM, @nothingmatters

That worked for me too. Thanks for posting that.

Genius!
It works, but come on EE. Send the correct URL!

I just received the SMS. the URL is incorrect. I used this thread to work out the correct URL, but there must be loads of people that aren't capable of doing that. It's really not good that you're sending out an incorrect to URL.

Thanks so much, it worked for us with your tweak! Ours didn't say 'null' in the link but just added in '&a' before the = and we got the link we needed. Clearly they haven't sorted the links out yet but at least we have your work around!

That works. Ee please just fix the link. And the message that says after trial will be 6.99 just before the one that says 8.99.

Thanks, couldn’t figure out why I couldn’t get it to work either. Over a month and link is still showing that error. Changed link and worked first time!

Cheers
Many thanks I inserted the '&a' after the ATV6M and it all worked well. Although I can't see how long the trial will continue for.
