Hi,
I have been trying to generate an EE Perk code, but at every attempt I get:
Unable to Retrieve Code at this current time, if the problem persists please contact your company EE Perks representative.
I have tried different browsers in different locations, but still the same message. I have use this in the past, the last time maybe a year ago. I didn't use it at that time as the the product was on offer and I was unable to use it at that time. I have tried to update my account details, but still unable to get a code. Our email address has been changed, but the original email address still gets forwarded to me. I am not sure if this might be an issue.
I tried to call an advisor, but I don't think they were able to help me.

Thank you for all your help. After being notified of a solution, I tried to log into my perks account which now doesn't exist. I then registered with my new work email and have successfully generated a discount code. Thanks again!
