I have tried and tried multiple time to activate my Inclusive Addon for xbox game pass ultimate I get as far as logging into my Microsoft Account I log in and it just loops back to login again.

Welcome to the community.
Is your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate part of your mobile account or is it the Home Broadband offer? Could you try redeeming it on another device or browser please?

Is this an inclusive extra for your mobile plan? Is it active in your My EE account? If you haven't already, could you try using a different device or browser please?

Getting exactly the same error doing the same thing.
i got an Xbox with 24 month game pass as an add to plan.
every time I try to set it up I get that after entering the text code

Yeah I’ve tried all the usual troubleshooting.
cleared cache & cooks, tried a different device etc.
its an authentication error at EE’s end
