Google pixel 8 pro offer

I bought the Google Pixel 8 Pro with offer to claim a free Fitbit on 30th November 2023..

when I’ve tried to claim the offer it tells me I purchased outside of the offer dates.  I know this is wrong because I thought it was a great offer, hence the purchase.

please help

Was it the Fitbit Charge 6 or the Pixel Watch 2?

The offer is via Google and any dispute would need to be raised with them.

This has happened to me too! They are making it very difficult to follow up and although the guy at EE was doing his best today - there is just no information forthcoming. What do we do? This was an offer promoted by EE enticing people to buy the pixel and to stay with them, so I would like some support if possible?!

Managed to get some good help from a guy on EE - this is the address you need https://reward-promos.com/reward/charge6  The previous one I was given was incorrect and for a different product. Hope this may help someone else
