Did anyone else get a text saying “Hi from EE. We've removed your TNT Sports from discovery+ Inclusive Extra. You can manage your extras in the EE app. Thanks.” ?
I never requested for it to be removed and it comes as a surprise not even halfway into my contract. Is this a mistake on EE’s part? This is my first negative experience with EE.

Yes, i called Customer Services who said it was a free trial, and I said "no it wasn't"
They tried to get me to resign for £20 pm, when it's only £5 at the moment.
To me it seems this was deliberate to try and get more money off people.

Yes I got this message the other day. Tried to reactivate my account but just keep getting an error message when putting in the 1 time pin.

Same issue.
rather useless as I can’t verify to reinstate it as it says error.
I have called but they can’t fix it so have to wait for tech support.
a lad from Leicester wanting to watch Leicester on tv playing and can’t, jokers. They seemed shocked I may want compensating for the lack of service.

I called and was told there is a problem and they would fix and I wouldn’t need to do anything. Then
Later that day ,
Hi from EE. You've added TNT Sports from discovery+. Go to ee.co.uk/TNTsports to activate it. If you're using an Apple iOS device, please switch off WiFi before activating. Thanks.
However when you try to set it up , the pin doesn’t work . . . Then next day
Hi from EE. Yesterday, we've noticed that your TNT Sports from discovery+ inclusive Extra has been removed in error. Don't worry, we're correcting this by adding TNT Sports again and you'll receive another notification once this has been reapplied with a link to reactivate. We're very sorry for any inconvenience caused.
so I’m still unable to watch or connect . I’ve copy and pasted messages and whatnot to help others find the thread .
Anyone got a fix ?

If you have received a text to say that the TNT Sports has been added back to your account and you are not able to get it up and running again, I would recommend speaking to our tech guides.
They can bring up your account to make sure that it is set up correctly again and help to get it working. If there is still trouble, they can raise a ticket.
Please keep me posted with how it goes.

I had this happen to me and I still can't activate tnt sports. When I try to activate it asks for a pin but then comes up with a technical error. I tried to check my add ons but that section of the website/app also doesn't seem to be working.

The way I resolved it was to go on a laptop/desktop and not a mobile device.
make sure to tick the catcha thing and manually type your mobile number and that worked for me.
on any mobile device, whether safari, chrome, private browsing all failed with errors.
