Is anyone else having buffering problems with TNT sport watching on the big screen from the discovery + app on their phone?

Trouble is that those steps have already been dictated into other posts on this matter and that hasn’t resolved the issue for me and doesn’t sound like it does for others. Repeating the same thing over and over doesn’t help. Rather boringly for a Saturday, this is now on my list of things to do today. All part of your due process, but it’s got to the point it’s actually very frustrating and a waste of money.

Hi AlanH2, I’ve just been on the phone to EE, before being forwarded to TNT technical support. There is a problem and apparently they are working on a patch to release asap. I don’t have an account directly with them (it’s via EE) so the TNT representative took my email address and will apparently send me notification to let me know it’s ready. I’m assuming my phone will auto update the patch to the TNT app. We shall see if it works!
