I recently started a new sim only plan 4 days ago, I had a bluelight discount on my old plan and assumed this would transfer over but it hasn’t. I’m trying to add my discount now but struggling, is there anyway I can do this?

Have you logged into your EE Perk account and have the perk code to be added to the new contract?

So I logged on and got a code but I don’t know where I need to put the code it said I had to do it before checkout but obviously the plan has started now?
