Hello, can anyone help me? I just received my sony xperia 1 V, and I was supposed to get a Sony head set worth 349 as well but it hasn't come through

@Fallen4500x  Free gifts are not sent out with the device they are sent out15-30 days after.    This is done to stop you from returning to the device and keeping the free gift.

Yeah I see so, I'm kinda sad to be honest, love the phone,  but after I phoned them now, (I went to the sony rewards site)apparently I can only redeem the gift before the a certain time,  and I basically completed the order with in that time frame, but it didnt arrive during the time to be redeemed, if that makes sense.... super bleak man...

What was the date of your order?

If it was before 28 June 2023, your can claim your headphones at Xperia Rewards.
