Hi I am unable to make or receive phone calls
I'm in the UK, pay as you go sim, sony experia 5 IV phone, android is up to date, I have restarted phone, re-set network settings , tried a different sim card (it worked), etc.
The phone is showing full signal bars, and I'm receiving text messages
when I try to make a phone call it says calling for about 2 seconds then beeps and goes back to the keypad / contacts list
I tried calling my number from a friends phone, it made the dialling tone once then disconnected. My phone didn't ring.
Any help or suggestions on what to do would be greatly appreciated

@lea789 : Sounds like your PAYG SIM may have gone into hibernation due to non-use. If it has, topping-up now would be too late.
When did you previously make a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-chargeable use. You then have a further 3 months period of grace to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.
You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.
