I added Sony headphones to my plan as an add on and I had to phone to sort the Apple music and data plan that was included ( shouldn't be surprised it wasn't simple as it never has been with EE) I managed to get the apple music added but not the music data part, I did phone again and the man I spoke to was rude and kept asking what it was I wanted and I kept trying to explain whilst he seemed annoyed at me more than anything. He said he would have someone who could help call me but that didn't happen, so if anyone has any idea on how I can get the music data pass I was supposed to get in the offer I would be grateful as I fed up of have to repeatedly phone to get any issues sorted

I did speak to the team today and had to explain about the deal to them as they hadn't heard of it ( it's EE I was talking to about an EE product, laughable to say the least ) I had to email screen shots from the EE website to a EE staff member because nobody there had seen that deal, I was told it was only available with Apple products or the data pass was normally 6 months ! As a customer having to prove to EE that the product I bought from them is real seems madness, as for putting in a complaint I've done that so many times and regardless of what the complaint is or if it's been resolved the complaint is closed at the end of the call, being sorry and action to improve or fix a problem are two completely different things.
EE must be able to access there own website if not maybe check the website on there phones as if I can see and buy the product it has to be real

I understand that it is far from ideal that the team weren't able to resolve this when you spoke with them earlier @Haley1234, but you can request that your complaint is re-opened within 28 days.
We do not have account access here on the Community, so we wouldn't be able to look further into this for you.
