I recently added 20GB of data to my plan so I could watch a 24 hour event on U-Tube but over the 24 hour period EE coverage in the area I was staying, was down with no internet connection, so was not able to use this data which will now be deleted in a few days time, is there any way of getting a credit back for the Add on data purchased
