EE perks password not resetting

Ive been trying to reset my EE perks password and don’t receive the reset link. Please could someone help with this?

Hello, 

Yes I’ve checked both junk and spam folders on both email accounts. I clicked on the forgotten password link on Wednesday and still nothing.
