Hello,
I made a new mobile plan with EE, which includes one add-on, I'd like to take TNT but it fails saying that there is a system problem.
Are you aware of it? Is it my particular problem (like on my account) or is it related to a general outage?
What's the next step?

It got fixed, thanks, maybe it takes time after you get a new contract...

I'm not aware of a general outage. Could you post exactly what the error message says please, and at what point it comes up? We'll do our best to help.
