Just to add to the steps @Schockwave has provided, you can find more information on the different ways to view your bill on our View Your Monthly EE Bill Help page. This includes guidance for both the app and the website, as well as how to download your bill if needed.

Hello @Manning7 ,

Welcome to the community,

If you are looking for the bill in your app, click on manage and then billing, follow the link. If your device is registered, then you will see, view billing on the main page, click on that.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
