I have a product in my basket - it's an upgrade 24 month contract at £33/month. When I press check out, the app takes me back to the general upgrade product......

If you are seeing this in the app, can you try to delete and install the app to see if that helps.
If the same thing happens, try to login through the website and choose your upgrade there.
If it plays out the same way on the website, please give our customer service guides a call, and they can have a look at your online account to see if it is set up correctly and pass you to our upgrades guides to discuss your options and get an order placed.
