My phone/wife’s phone are on one account registered to me with an old email I don’t really use anymore (but still have access to). My broadband is also registered to me on my current email. I’d like to merge both accounts to the current email so I can see all bills in one place on the app.

Hi,
I called to do this and they told me I have to do this myself. I tried to link the accounts but it won’t allow me to do it because both are already linked apparently?!

Are both accounts registered with the same email address?
If you log into your EE account and select link another device on the home page, does this work for you?

It doesn't work for me tried to link to main account but just says already linked so at an impasse

If you are getting the message that your product is already linked you will need to give us a call so our mobile care team can help link to the correct account.
