Nonsense, complete and utter nonsense, I've been going round in circles for weeks just to be told ,there's a problem, contact your provider, who incidentally can't help, this is obviously not been thought through, seriously thinking of leaving BT, EE as you're very amateur in your service.

Please, when will somebody in your organisation understand, the Discovery+ link is a farce, complete nonsense, it doesn't work, as an existing BT EE customer I follow all the instructions, they don't work, simple as, BT tell me there's a problem when I try to activate, Discovery tell me to contact my provider, rank amatuerism, poor, poor service, think it through and get it sorted 😡

Yes, different browsers, WiFi, non WiFi, phone, tablet, laptop, same answers BT say sorry there's a problem try later, Discovery say contact provider who say sorry there's a problem try later, it's a vicious circle of hopelessness.

At last I think I've got to the bottom of this. My BT sports package includes TV and app but it would appear from 12 October I will have extra for the discovery/tnt app, which I will not be doing.
