Reactivating EE Perk Account

Hello,

I was recently asked to re validate my EE perk account via email to my Government work email.  I was abroad when I  received the request and did not have access to my emails.  As a result my account has deactivated and been locked out.

Please can you assist me in unlocking my account. I had a perk listed on my current mobile phone contract, so keen not to lose my perks.
